An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior analysis services within a K-12 educational setting. This full-time contract position supports students ages 5 to 21 in a single building, following a year-round school schedule in Baltimore, MD. The role involves delivering expert behavioral assessments and interventions to promote positive outcomes for individuals with varying behavioral needs, ranging from mild to severe.

Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans based on data and functional assessments Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective behavioral supports Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet student goals Providing training and consultation to staff on behavior management strategies Maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation standards Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals Preferred experience working with a range of behaviors from mild to severe Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a school environment with students aged 5-21 Work Schedule and Location: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday Year-round school calendar One school building located in Baltimore, MD Contract position for the duration of the school year (NSY) This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student development by applying behavior analysis principles in a supportive educational setting.
