A full-time opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or an equivalent certification. This year-round position offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering behavior analysis services to students aged 5 to 21 within a single building environment.
Responsibilities include assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to support positive behavioral outcomes. The role requires monitoring progress, documenting data, and adjusting strategies based on student responses.
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience providing behavior analysis services, with a strong background in managing a range of behaviors from mild to severe.
Key qualifications and experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable credential
At least two years of experience in applied behavior analysis services
Familiarity with behavior assessment and intervention techniques
Experience working with students displaying mild to severe behavioral challenges
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Strong organizational and communication skills
