Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Social-Communication Interaction Assessments (SCIAs), and academic assessments. Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families. Support two school sites: one with a new teacher and one with a senior teacher, facilitating effective communication and support strategies. Engage with students, families, and administrators in-person, respecting the priority placed on onsite interaction rather than remote services. Manage approximately 4-6 assessments monthly, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Address behavioral and learning needs in a culturally and linguistically diverse student body. Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist credential or license. Experience performing psychological assessments and participating in special education processes. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, students, families, and school staff. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and provide high-quality, culturally responsive services. This role offers hourly compensation between $55 and $65, commensurate with experience.
