This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support high school students during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position is based in Redwood City, CA, and involves providing behavioral support to students with emotional disabilities, helping them develop essential skills and succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Work directly with high school students exhibiting behavioral needs related to emotional disabilities. Collect and document data on student progress to inform treatment decisions. Support students in achieving individual goals within their caseload. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency and progress. Qualifications and Experience: Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required. Experience working with high school-aged students, particularly those with emotional disabilities. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions. Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a classroom setting effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
