We are seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team and provide essential speech and language therapy services to students from
Pre-K through 12th grade . This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a
collaborative, student-centered
environment where you can help children develop critical communication skills for academic and personal success. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
aligned with IEP goals. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and school staff
to support student progress. Maintain
accurate documentation
of therapy sessions and progress reports. Participate in
IEP meetings
and provide recommendations for student success. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Minnesota state license
(or eligibility) as an SLP. ASHA
CCC-SLP certification
preferred. Previous
school-based or pediatric experience
is a plus. Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to tailor therapy techniques to meet individual student needs. Comfortable using technology for
documentation and virtual therapy (if needed) . Benefits:
