A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 public school setting focused on elementary-aged students. This role is well-suited for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic educational environment, working primarily onsite with an option for virtual support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with a range of communication needs, including non-verbal/AAC and physical impairments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals Deliver direct therapy services across an expected caseload of approximately 8 sessions per day Manage case files, track progress, and adjust interventions as required Collaborate closely with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support student success Actively participate in IEP meetings to set and review educational and therapeutic goals Provide ongoing consultation and resources for parents and caregivers Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York State Experience working with children in school settings strongly preferred Knowledge of educational laws and familiarity with IEP processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families Position Details: Location: East Aurora, NY School year contract (full school year) Full-time hours: 6.5 hours per day, onsite at a single location within the district Flexible caseload aligned with service levels focusing on speech, language, and communication needs across three elementary school buildings This opportunity offers guaranteed hours with a schedule aligned to the school calendar, providing a stable and rewarding work environment supporting students developmental needs.
