This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across grades K-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, in-person position is based at a single elementary school location in Salinas, CA, providing services to a diverse student population.

Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and legal requirements Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute clinical expertise to support student success Promote communication development through engaging and evidence-based practices Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License or eligibility Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings preferred Demonstrated skill in speech and language evaluation and treatment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff Ability to work full-time hours on site, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Schedule and Duration: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract duration: August 19, 2025, through June 12, 2026 This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development within a supportive school environment.
