We are looking for a passionate and licensed

Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to K12 students across

Kentucky . In this fully remote role, youll support students with a range of communication needs through virtual assessments, therapy, and collaboration with school staff and families. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, student-centered professional who understands the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) requirements and is committed to helping students reach their communication and academic goals. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and screenings in accordance with Kentucky and IDEA guidelines.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.

Deliver teletherapy services to students via secure online platforms.

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams on eligibility and service planning.

Provide progress updates, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely compliance with service delivery.

Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of communication skills in the educational environment.

Stay current on best practices in teletherapy and special education policies in Kentucky.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid

Kentucky Speech-Language Pathology license

(Required).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Previous experience in school-based and/or teletherapy services strongly preferred.

Familiarity with IEP development and special education regulations (IDEA/504) in Kentucky.

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with secure virtual platforms and digital therapy tools.
