A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 educational setting located in Detroit, MI. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students ranging from early childhood through high school, providing vital speech and language support in an academic environment.

Responsibilities include: Delivering speech-language therapy services to students aged 3 to 5 (walk-in speech) as well as middle and high school students Managing and adapting a caseload of approximately 35 students, subject to change Collaborating with educators, parents, and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school standards Participating in team meetings and contributing to student success initiatives Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in healthcare, pediatric, and school-based speech-language services Strong understanding of developmental speech and language disorders across age groups K-12 Ability to manage caseload efficiently and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff This role offers up to 30 hours per week, with options to accommodate part-time schedules. Interview availability is flexible with times open on Friday, June 13th; after 11:00 AM on Monday, June 16th; and between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 18th.
