Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student mental health and learning. Attend staff meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Qualifications: Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist certification. Experience working in an elementary school environment preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work full-time from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM throughout the full school year. Location: Providence, Rhode Island This contract assignment offers a comprehensive caseload within an elementary school, allowing a School Psychologist to make a meaningful impact on student success.
