This position involves providing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services within a K-12 school setting in Baltimore, MD. The role is a contract assignment for the entire school year, supporting students aged 3 to 21 across one campus.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide treatment decisions. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Provide ongoing training and support to staff on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Qualifications and Experience: Current BCBA certification required. Experience working with children and young adults across a wide age range. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within educational environments. Work Schedule and Location: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Monday through Friday. Single-site campus based in Baltimore, MD. This contractual role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students developmental and educational progress.
