A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a contract position starting February 2nd. Serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade, this role requires 35 hours per week of in-person therapy delivery in Bowie, MD.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and provide speech-language therapy addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and delays in receptive and expressive language development. Administer diagnostic and evaluation testing as appropriate for students. Prepare clear, comprehensive, and insightful reports based on student assessments and observations. Work effectively with students ages 2 to 22 who have moderate to severe disabilities. Develop and maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives tailored to student needs. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to communicate developmental progress and identify areas requiring additional support. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 grade levels. Ability to adapt therapy to meet the needs of students with moderate to severe disabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with families and team members. Willingness to work onsite in an in-person setting.
