Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success. Utilize specialized teaching strategies and materials to meet educational goals. Monitor and document student progress, adapting instruction as necessary. Advocate for students academic, social, and emotional development in a rural community context. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with high school students. Background in special education, particularly in rural school settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
