A contract Physical Therapist position is available to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Elma, WA. This role offers an opportunity to deliver specialized therapeutic services that promote student mobility, independence, and participation in educational activities throughout the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities: Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans tailored to students physical therapy needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education programs (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress and modify interventions as needed Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance student access and engagement within the school environment Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state regulations related to school-based therapy services Qualifications: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings Strong knowledge of K-12 physical therapy services and educational standards Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff Ability to manage caseload efficiently and adapt to the needs of diverse learners Location: Elma, Washington (K-12 School District) This contract opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational experiences by enhancing their physical capabilities and independence.
