Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat students occupational therapy needs within the school setting Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based OT services Familiarity with home health, healthcare, and teletherapy OT practices is advantageous but role is strictly in-person Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students spanning Pre-K to 12th grade Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to supporting student development in a collaborative educational environment Position Details: Location: Auburn, WA School level: Elementary with caseload spanning Pre-K through 12th grade Assignment duration: September 3, 2025 June 16, 2026 (2025/2026 School Year) Work schedule: 35 hours per week, full-time, on-site Contract: Non-permanent school year position No virtual or teletherapy options; position requires on-site presence This role is an excellent fit for occupational therapists dedicated to helping students reach their fullest potential in a dynamic school environment.
