Serve 42-52 students across grades K-12 through our HIPAA-compliant virtual service platform, working 35-37.5 hours per week. Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and educational consultation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address diverse student mental health and learning needs. Core Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychological evaluations using standardized virtual assessment protocols Provide individual counseling services addressing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on social-emotional learning and coping strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student mental health interventions Develop and monitor implementation of behavioral support plans and therapeutic strategies Participate in virtual IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings and planning sessions Provide emergency crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning services Student Population Diversity

Our comprehensive program addresses learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional disturbances, anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma responses, and adjustment difficulties. Required Qualifications

Essential Credentials: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved program Active Ohio school psychologist licensure Minimum 2 years of school-based psychology experience Expertise in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation services Knowledge of special education law, mental health best practices, and crisis intervention Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection for secure video conferencing and assessment delivery Professional home office environment ensuring confidentiality for psychological services HD webcam and quality headset for effective therapeutic communication Computer system meeting platform specifications for virtual assessment and counseling software Professional Standards

National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based interventions, multicultural competence, and virtual service delivery techniques essential for effective remote psychological practice.
