The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client office by managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments including marketing. This position requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls and provide information Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record management Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution Support office management by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, reports, and memos Assist in administrative duties as needed across various departments Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Bilingual abilities are required to enhance communication with diverse clients Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to manage client interactions professionally Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required Personal assistant experience is valued for supporting executive-level staff If you are a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic office setting and possesses the necessary skills to excel as an Office Administrator, we encourage you to apply.
