A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students with moderate to severe communication challenges. This contract role is based onsite in the San Jose, CA area, serving a dynamic school environment dedicated to providing specialized speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students with diverse communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting moderate to severe speech and language disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and educational professionals to support student progress Document student progress, prepare reports, and participate in team meetings Supervise and work alongside qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to enhance service delivery Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with moderate to severe communication disorders Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention strategies Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to providing onsite services in a school setting Schedule and Location: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract position covering the academic school year Onsite work at schools situated in San Jose, CA; candidate must be able to work exclusively onsite This opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact in students educational success by providing critical speech-language services in a supportive school environment.
