Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to enhance therapy service delivery. Qualifications and Experience: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license. Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with moderate to severe communication challenges. Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week). Strong collaboration skills with support staff and educational teams. Experience supervising SLPAs preferred.
