Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior strategies Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert recommendations Qualifications: Current BCBA certification Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Locations: Newark, NJ Parsippany, NJ Randolph, NJ Morristown, NJ Within 35 miles north of Jersey City, NJ This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to impact students' educational experiences through behavior analysis in a supportive school environment. The role spans the full academic year and requires dedication to fostering positive behavioral outcomes.
