Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies. Provide training and support to educational teams on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students with behavioral challenges. Qualifications: Valid BCBA certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong understanding of behavior assessment and intervention methods. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
