A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year at an elementary school located in Whittier, CA. This contract role offers a 37.5-hour workweek with a focus on providing specialized speech and language services to students in a supportive educational environment. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred to better meet the diverse needs of the student population.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students speech and language skills. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs. Deliver speech-language therapy services both in-person and through teletherapy as appropriate. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed and accurate caseload records and progress reports. Support students across varying communication disorders within a pediatric school setting. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working in pediatric settings, particularly schools. Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
