Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights into therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!
Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children succeed academically and socially.
