Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams.
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Maintain accurate records and track progress for each student.
Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations for therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
Experience in school-based settings is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for supporting students academic and social growth.
