Soliant
A school district in Hinsdale, NH is seeking two full-time Special Education Teachers to support elementary students from Pre-K through 1st grade. These roles are on a Contract basis for the current school year and provide the opportunity to work closely within a dynamic learning environment, serving approximately 25 students per caseload.
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction and support through both push-in and pull-out service models to meet individual student needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) compliant with state regulations.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to create a cohesive educational plan.
Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation for each student's progress.
Serve as case manager responsible for coordinating services and communications for assigned students.
Participate in professional development sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
Valid New Hampshire Special Education teaching license (1900) is required.
Experience working with preschool to 1st grade students in special education settings.
Knowledge of push-in and pull-out instructional models.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
