School Year (NSY) Setting:
K-12 School Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor interventions. Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff on behavior management strategies. Collect and analyze data to drive continual program adjustments and student progress. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practice standards. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings preferred. Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention design, and data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
