Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) K-12 School Setting (Contract, CSY)

We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to support multiple school caseloads for the 2025-2026 school year in Chesterfield, VA. These contract positions serve students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with a focus on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy in school settings. Opportunities available include: Middle School caseload, 3-4 days per week, working alongside a part-time SLP Elementary School caseload, 3 days per week, supporting a full-time SLP Elementary School caseload, 3 days per week Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing speech and language services in K-12 educational settings Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong documentation and caseload management skills Commitment to individualized student-centered therapy Location: Chesterfield, Virginia K-12 public school environment Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs Monitor student progress and adapt therapy goals as appropriate Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success in the classroom Maintain accurate records in compliance with educational regulations This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills within a supportive school community.
