Administrative Coordinator - Field Service Operations (Onsite, Full-Time)
Location: Onsite | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll Do: Be the central hub for administrative tasks-manage calls, visitors, mail, supplies, and provide backup coverage across desks.
Create and maintain service reports and dashboards for scheduling, invoicing, and technician training.
Review time and expense submissions to calculate billable hours and support finance reporting.
Coordinate customer communications and field service scheduling to optimize team utilization.
Ensure technicians are certified and equipped for upcoming jobs, tracking renewals and qualifications.
Collaborate with vendors and customers to generate quotes, manage purchase orders, and track service status.
Oversee fleet vehicle logistics and equipment orders, including PO creation and vendor payments.
Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional discussions to resolve field service issues.
Provide phone support and triage inquiries for the Field Service Department.
Collect technician timesheets and overtime weekly.
Partner with the Field Service Manager to ensure engineers are briefed and prepared for site visits.
Support process improvements and assist with travel documentation and vendor invoicing.

$32.00 to $34.00 per hour
