What you’ll be doing

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and outstanding customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers\' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using effective communication to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending texts to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base at off-site Verizon-sponsored events.

Compensation: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 per year in individual-based commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers can earn additional commissions, with total annual earnings potentially reaching $65,000 to $73,500+; compensation varies by geography, hours, and performance.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work experience and/or military experience)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to additional shifts during peak periods

Even better if you have:

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience and customer solutions
• Customer service experience
