Administrative Assistant
to support our executive team and daily operations. This person will be the backbone of our administrative functions—ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Executive Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings (virtual and in-person), coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries. Communication Management:
Serve as primary liaison—screen, route, and respond to internal and external requests with professionalism. Office Coordination:
Maintain office supplies, oversee workspace organization, manage mail and courier service. Meeting Facilitation:
Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations; take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Document Handling:
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and presentations. Maintain organized records, both digital and physical. Event Support:
Assist with internal events or external engagements as needed. Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1–3 years in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within finance, real estate, or professional services. Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication. Poised and professional in all interactions. Organization:
Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with Zoom or Teams. Attributes:
