Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Shoshone, ID

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Shoshone, Idaho. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in heavy highway and civil construction, including highway and airport projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution and estimating bids for upcoming jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage heavy civil construction projects, including highways and airports.
Lead project planning and execution, including CPM scheduling and progress tracking.
Prepare and submit project submittals in compliance with project requirements.
Conduct and lead project meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Estimate project costs, labor, materials, and timelines for bids.
Utilize bidding software (e.g., Bid2Win, HeavyBid) to prepare competitive and accurate bids.
Ensure compliance with Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) specifications and requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in heavy highway/civil and airport construction project management.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with Idaho Transportation Department specs is required.
Proficiency with estimating and bidding software (Bid2Win, HeavyBid, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in construction project management and/or estimating roles.
