Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of product and/or business analyst experience Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Experience coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices Proven track record of monitoring and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work Preferred Qualifications
