Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in facilitating Agile methodologies Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Experience in monitoring and tracking project progress
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Experience coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices Familiarity with software development life cycles and project management tools
