Job Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates What is Required
Must have 5+ years of product and/or business analyst experience Proven experience in facilitating Agile methodologies Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices How to Stand Out
