What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Proven experience in facilitating Agile methodologies and ceremonies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related degree Experience coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices Background in acting as a servant leader within a team environment Familiarity with project management tools and software Experience in advocating for team needs and fostering a positive work environment
