Miami , this individual will lead execution across both the

Miami and South Beach

markets driving volume, building lasting trade relationships, and helping to grow one of the most exciting tequila portfolios in the business. Responsibilities

Strategically plan and execute impactful sales calls with both on- and off-premise accounts, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sustained growth and deepen market penetration across the territory. Expand distribution and enhance in-store visibility through effective display execution and retail programming. Oversee and manage trade incentive programs, ensuring spending efficiency and measurable return on investment. Collaborate closely with wholesale partners to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution of marketing and commercial plans. Uphold brand standards across retail touchpoints and events, ensuring consistent representation and consumer experience. Partner with distributor teams to coordinate and lead activities including product education, tastings, consumer promotions, and market work-withs. Lead the planning and execution of promotions and brand activations to drive awareness and consumer engagement. Maximize results by strategically leveraging available resources and adhering to allocated budgets. Build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with distributors, key retailers, and market influencers to accelerate brand growth. Serve as a brand ambassador in all trade interactions, reflecting company values and culture with professionalism and authenticity. Analyze local market dynamics and insights to uncover new opportunities, whitespace accounts, and emerging trends to inform strategy. Required skills and qualifications

At least 3 years of business/sales experience in the CPG industry BA/BS preferred A general understanding of rules and regulations of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience working with key chain and independent accounts in the market area Ability to work independently Experience in identifying and executing events, festivals, tastings, and promotions Ability to problem solve and an inner drive to succeed A flexible schedule that will allow for working some nights and weekends Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite products (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar), as well as an ability to learn other technology to complete sales calls and recaps Travel

This position will require frequent in-region travel and the ability to travel out of state for company meetings (average 2x year) and for infrequent travel to support other Aguasol regions/markets. Seniority level
