Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of This Role Include: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new business, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying top prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking performance and managing relationships. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to management. Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms that satisfy both parties. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to maintain detailed sales records and generate reports, tracking key metrics to ensure goals are met. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, providing leadership and support as needed.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking sales performance. Skills & Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
