The RN Clinical Liaison primarily conducts hospital and medical facility outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain relationships to increase census and promote hospice services. Responsibilities include clinical knowledge application, empathetic communication, and marketing to engage referral sources, families, and prospective patients, serving as a hospice expert and resource. Regularly visiting referral sources to increase census and meet growth goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred. Current unencumbered RN license. 1-2 years hospital nursing experience preferred. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers. Compensation:
$95,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience and responsibilities. Final offer to be discussed during interviews. Additional Details
