The Role

As a

Sales Engineer , you will be the technical partner to our Account Executives, guiding prospects through discovery, solution design, demos, pilots, and proof-of-value projects. You will become an expert in our product and the broader GTM stack, ensuring customers clearly understand how our AI Native platform solves their most important challenges.

This is a

technical, consultative pre-sales role

where your ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions will be critical. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and customer success while representing the voice of the customer.

What You\'ll Do

Partner with Account Executives as the technical lead in customer conversations

Lead discovery sessions and translate needs into tailored technical solutions

Deliver compelling demos that showcase ROI and technical depth

Support pilots and proof-of-value projects, guiding setup and ensuring success

Create collateral such as solution architectures, competitive analysis, and customer-facing technical materials

Stay sharp on product roadmap and competitive landscape to inform positioning

Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement

What You\'ll Need

3+ years as a

Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role

in SaaS, ideally in GTM or RevOps platforms

Strong grasp of outbound and inbound sales workflows, RevOps processes, and AI-driven personalization

Excellent demo and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences

Strong communication skills and executive presence in customer-facing settings

A curious, adaptive, and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn from feedback

Alignment with startup culture: high energy, forward-thinking, customer-first, and team-oriented
