The Hospital Liaison is primarily responsible for duties related to the management or general business operations of the Communities, such as public relations, marketing, and revenue generation. The Liaison identifies, assesses, and manages customer referrals for their assigned hospital account(s) and ensures appropriate market penetration and a positive public image. The Liaison will primarily work in assigned hospital account(s) daily, engaging with the Communities supported while maintaining excellent customer service to achieve the Communitys business objectives. Success is measured by referral volume, relationship development, census targets, and census trends. Education/Qualification
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care. Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting. Working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends; demonstrated success with strong sales and marketing skills in the post-acute industry. Shifts and Wages
