Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing payroll and coordinating events Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions, analyzing trends for strategic decision-making Facilitate communication between the Sales Team and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience Contribute to building a positive working environment by scheduling and implementing team-building activities

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in sales or administrative roles High school diploma or GED equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office software and CRM technology, including Salesforce Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
