What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide administrative assistance and manage data and reports for the Sales Team Coordinate communication between departments and assist with territory activities Maintain meticulous records of sales data and customer interactions Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two years of experience in sales or administrative roles High school diploma or GED equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, including Salesforce Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and superiors
