Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices Proven track record of promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Experience working in a Scrum Master role or similar position Familiarity with Agile project management tools Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
