Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of product and/or business analyst experience Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Proven experience in monitoring and tracking project progress Preferred Qualifications
