Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Proven ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles in project delivery Exceptional communication and collaboration skills among team members Experience in monitoring and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery Preferred Qualifications
