IT Support Technician - Mac & Windows Environment. We're seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our End User Services (EUS) team, supporting a dynamic and diverse workforce across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at customer service, and has hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows platforms in equal measure. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day end-user support via chat, walk-up IT lounge, remote sessions, and onsite visits Support both onsite and remote employees across various locations Maintain data accuracy in the Asset Management system Perform inventory, audits, and equipment disposals Refresh and replace End-of-Life (EOL) systems Provision devices for new hires (Mac and Windows) Monitor and remediate client health (SCCM, antivirus, etc.) Support video conferencing and telepresence equipment Install and remove hardware/software as needed Maintain timely communication and ticket updates Assist with procurement, inventory audits, and reporting Monitor support queues and chat volumes daily Contribute to and maintain knowledge base documentation Provide support for printers and various hardware brands Act as a trusted advisor to users, offering best practices and guidance Resolve issues confidently in both lounge and remote settings Stay current with new technologies and train others as needed Required Qualifications
1+ years of desktop support experience in a medium to large environment Ability to work onsite and remotely as needed Strong troubleshooting skills across both macOS and Windows 10/11 Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, WLAN/LAN, and TCP/IP fundamentals Familiarity with client image creation and management Proficient in ticketing systems and remote support tools Solid understanding of Mac system architecture and Windows enterprise environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on fast resolution Experience supporting iOS and Android devices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to a flexible schedule Organized, self-driven, and capable of multitasking Unix/Linux experience is a plus Preferred Skills

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
