As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of CT (Computed Tomography) and X-ray solutions for non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. You will: Sell products and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within the assigned geographical area. Develop a pipeline by understanding sales processes and stages. Forecast system and service sales to the regional director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. Manage CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecasts. Travel throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and manage customer relationships. Collaborate with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and serve as the technical solution of choice for the customer. Drive deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and Order-to-Remittance handoff. Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or business degree preferred). Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Possess capital sales experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD. Possess experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. Have experience with a CRM. Be able to travel 50%70% of the time. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously. Work preferences

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of posting and applies to possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a competitive offer; the salary range posted reflects projected hiring range for new hires in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. The final salary within the range depends on factors such as geographic location, experience, and performance. Your recruiter can share more about the pay range during the hiring process. You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health and welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs, with contributions related to your plan elections, base salary, and plan requirements.
