Systems Northeast Territory Sales Manager - Radiography NDT. Waygate Technologies, a world leader in non-destructive testing (NDT), offers the broadest portfolio of industrial inspection solutions including radiography and computed tomography (CT), remote visual inspection, ultrasound and eddy current technologies. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of CT (Computed Tomography) and X-ray for non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. This role involves traveling within the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships, and working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities and develop deal strategies. Responsibilities
Selling products and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within the assigned geographical area. Developing a pipeline with a clear understanding of sales processes and stages. Forecasting system and service sales to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure forecast accuracy. Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships. Collaborating with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and serve as the technical solution of choice for customers. Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and Order to Remittance (OTR) handoff. Qualifications
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or Business degree preferred). Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience. Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Possess Capital Sales Experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD. Experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. Experience with a CRM system. Be able to travel 50%-70% of the time. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously. Working style and benefits
