Overview
Northeast Territory Sales Manager - NDT Radiography Systems role at Baker Hughes. We help ensure safety, quality and productivity for customers across major industries worldwide. Responsibilities
Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within the assigned geographical area. Developing a pipeline by understanding sales processes and stages. Forecasting system and service sales to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business. Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and manage customer relationships. Working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and become the technical solution of choice for the customer. Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and Order to Remittance handoff. Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or business degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, up to 5 years in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Capital sales experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD. Experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. Experience with a CRM system. Ability to travel 50%70% of the time. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Work style and benefits

Location: office-based, hybrid, or remote; candidates must be located in or near the listed locations. The stated pay range reflects the projected hiring range for new hires in some U.S. locations and may vary by location, experience, and other factors. More details will be shared by the recruiter. Coverage options depend on plan elections, base salary, and requirements of each plan.
