As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of CT (Computed Tomography) and X-ray for the use of non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. Responsibilities
Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within the assigned geographical area. Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages. Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business. Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and manage customer relationships. Working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and become the technical solution of choice for the customer. Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and Order to Remittance (OTR) handoff.
Qualifications
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or business degree preferred). Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in sales. Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Possess Capital Sales Experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD. Possess experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. Have experience with a CRM. Be able to travel 50%-70% of the time. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.

Benefits and Compensation
Annual pay scale for this position is between $88,800.00 - $199,500.00. Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare options and the Thrift Plan (401k). Comprehensive benefits package with additional compensation such as bonuses subject to plan terms. Additional benefits may include education assistance, parental leave, mental health resources, dependent care, and other voluntary benefits.
